Built on Rigorous Research

I have made it my mission to bridge academia and real-world practice

Expanding on My Research

My research is grounded in extensive real-world engagement, including hundreds of semi-structured interviews and conversations with executives and senior leaders across industries and cultures globally. This work ensures a continuous dialogue between academic theory and lived organizational practice.

From this foundation, I have designed and developed the “Enablers” framework.

The framework serves two main purposes. First, it bridges years of research with practice by translating insight into the “how”, practical ways organizations can navigate transformation, build resilience, and create impact. Second, it provides a structured and visual guide, offering a practical toolbox that helps leaders move beyond abstract concepts and focus on what actually enables results for both organizations and the people within them.

The Science

My work is grounded in a rigorous and interdisciplinary research approach, combining academic depth with real-world relevance. The aim is simple: to understand how organizations navigate complexity, and translate that into actionable insight.

Research Foundation

My research is rooted in critical realism, which recognises that real structures and mechanisms shape organisational outcomes, while our understanding of them develops through inquiry and evidence. I use a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data. I also combine a deductive approach, drawing on established theories, with an inductive approach, allowing new patterns and insights to emerge from the data. This enables both the use of existing knowledge and the development of new perspectives.

Research Design

The research follows a mixed-method, explanatory sequential design, where quantitative data was collected via surveys and provided a foundation for my next stage. I used the quantitative part to understand outliers, significant and non-significant findings. I then conducted a seriens of in-depth interview from experts representing various industries. The point on integration happened between the quantitative part and during my results sectino where I merged and draw conclusions on the combined findings.

The analysis included descriptive statistics, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), bootstrapping, and slope analysis.
